Padded Gloves Bootcamp is designed to give you a unique, intensive training program that will improve your fitness and strength, assist in fat loss and is guaranteed to challenge you both physically and mentally.

Some of the activities you’ll be taking part in include:
• Basic Fitness Assessment (BFA) on the first and last day
• Core stability training
• Running
• Body resistance training
