Cardio Boxing (60 mins)
Our Cardio Boxing classes are the best around. This one hour class provides an excellent full body workout combining the fundamentals of boxing training including skipping, punching bags, focus pads as well as cardio, core and strength exercises using dumbbells and medicine balls. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced and will teach you boxing combinations and technique as well as building your cardiovascular strength and increasing your overall stamina at the same time.
Cardio Boxing Max (90 mins)
Our 1 ½ hour Saturday morning Max class is one of our most popular classes. Take it to the next level with this high intensity total body workout. Our Trainers will teach you boxing skills and techniques increase your muscular and cardio endurance, take your core strength to a new level, and burn off more than just calories!
Mothers’ Class (60 mins)
Our 9.30am Mothers’ classes are perfectly timed to start just after the kids have been dropped at school. If you have little ones, bring them along and box while they’re being looked after by the PADDED GLOVES Childminder.
Our Mother’s class caters to beginners through to advanced and are perfect for new mums wanting to get back in shape. Our highly motivated trainers will guide you through a workout that encompasses all facets of boxing training including skipping, punching bags and focus pads, as well as a specially designed floor workout combining cardio and resistance exercises that target core, legs and butt.
Childminding available @ a cost of $5/class.
