Leather gloves are recommended for punching bag and focus pads training, although leather may cost a little extra, they will last longer. Velcro wrist straps are a plus as you can easily put the gloves on and remove them yourself.

Having the right size gloves is also very important. Our gloves range from 10 – 16 oz. We recommend women use 10oz – 12oz gloves and men use the 14oz – 16oz gloves.
